Do you feel that your nervousness prevents you from being the best performer you can be? You are not alone- 40% of Americans feel the same way. In this session we will go through a process that helps in lessening stage fright, and practice several techniques that release symptoms of nervousness and let you perform at your best, including self affirmations, relaxation, and a personalized exposure sequence.

Caitlin Pitts is a theatre teacher and practitioner as well as a yoga teacher. She has used yoga and mindfulness techniques to deal with stage fright and helped many students work with nervousness in performing.
