I will share information about the elementary and middle school camps we have been offering the last five years, which have funded our program, provided leadership experiences for the high school students, and inspired a new generation of Thespians who would otherwise not have been exposed to theatre in our school until freshman year.

Scenic Design Made Easy

Every show needs a set! And sometimes the hardest part of scenic design is communicating the ideas in your head to the people on your team, the crew, the director, or other designers. Sketches are quick but not accurate to scale. Models are informative but time consuming to construct and take special training. SketchUp is an easy-use 3D rendering program that allows you to explore your creative ideas and develop them into accurate models and buildable drawings. It was a godsend to my scenic design process, and maybe its the solution for you too!
